hi-my charges from june 2001 to now are as above.which puts me at risk of going fast track. am i better going for £5000 now then pursuing 2nd claim later? any new developments re fast track?? have just won my co-op claim but this one makes me nervous really need to submit ni but in a rut

hi-right here goes-just sent my prelim to haliprats for charges 1991-1997. £1905-sent SPECIAL delivery.going for stat interest only if it gets that far. need to read up on limitations act!!!!!

hi shar-they have til the 28th day after the notice was served to come up with a defence-mine was served on july 1st-on july 6th they've acknowledged to defend. so i think i'm right in saying they have til 29th july to submit a defence or is it 14days from 6th july? anyway just sit and wait now-ur getting closer to your payout!!!!!!!!!!!

ah-help cci or not cci???? i have a claim with lloyds-just ready for submitting n1-charges + stat 8%-no probs crap one-theyve acknowledged claim and going to defend-i've asked for 28.9%apr cci or stat at the courts discretion.this is a credit card claim.presume they will offer stst and i should settle for that welcome-ppi and charges-gone as 2 seperate claims with cci but only just sent lba-if i file should i just add stat and drop the cci claim?? please help-i'm not thick -just bamboozled with the arguments for claiming cci

put claim in for mis-sold ppi with welcome-which spreadsheet do i use to calculate cci ALSO-do i use the same one for chrges on a hp agreement?? ta muchly

still not filed-think i moght go for £5000 for now-lots happened though-scm took over my account-upped my overdraft limit and set up a payment plan-£50 per month to reduce it starting july 30th. now they have withdrawn the facility days after increasing it so if i get a partial settlement it will just reduce the overdraft! am claiming the £5000 but the o/d is now £2500 so if i should get the usual £750 i wont see any of it. theyve also frozen my savings account which has £90 in it which is showing as available-can they do this-i'm sure its retaliation. are they obliged to pay settlements into the current account???????

HI-HELL Just read the above post re matts lba but it reads to me as a prelim-you have added on the bottom that after 14 days a lba will be sent-this letter is similar to the prelim i sent

hi-sent a letter to welcome asking for refund of mis-sold ppi-14 days have now lapsed and need to send lba but not sure where i can find a template or how to word it-thanks. i was a casual worker and was also not given the option of refusing it

hi tanzarelli-do my calcs sound ok??-if you put £7.50 into a s/s for july 1991 with 15.8%cci -it gives me over £70 as the amount claimed-i must be doing something wrong!!am i-please check this for me someone

am i right-just put my charges into excel spready-£1900 with 8%= almost £4000 with cci at 15.8%-their current od rate=£10,500 entries go back to between1991 and 1997 -£7.50 cci since then gains a lot of interest-i knew it would mount up but not by that much
