Problems with Allied International credit (uk)
barclaysinhinckleysuck replied to TRICIAT's topic in Debt Collection Agencies
Triciat - please please take the advice given. DO NOT pay and cancel the card you used with them. AIC are the bottom of the pile in terms of professional conduct and staff quality. I have successfully dealt with them by holding out for a CCA they could never provide. Keep the site informed please. -
Allied International Credit.

AIC are a poor DCA. They gave up on me when it became obvious that there was no CCA. Watch out for thier little yellow cards threatening all sorts. -
Cabot : Has anyone ever tried this .....

I've considered a visit too. Maybe taking a camera and recorder would help when the dippy receptionist calls the spotty oik. Great comedy I'm sure! -
Debt Collection Awards!
barclaysinhinckleysuck replied to T2upNorth's topic in Debt Collection Agencies
Lets all hope they arrive and depart safely and they have a wonderful time. How much will thier celebrity speaker receive I wonder? I bet its inversely proportional to his knowledge of what these these thieving cowards do. And I was hoping to remain cool and calm too..... -

Their little forum does not not get many new entries now, I think they know we're watching.... Good to see them all congratulating themselves on a job (not very) well done at their awards ceremony! -
MBNA phoning from Ireland?
barclaysinhinckleysuck replied to willtheywontthey's topic in Debt Collection Agencies
Yes, they are in Ireland. I have just had to resmend all the paperwork I sent to thier Chester address re a Card to Ireland. If anyone has any names or numbers to contact the Irish Office, please post them as MBNA are basically rubbish at remembering they have received any letters at all, and I want to ring THEM.! -

Actually, its worth a read for a laugh, especially their little shabby cat-fighting in their little on-line forum!!!! -
Mikey - I've checked with MBNA as they continued to threaten me and they say they never got ANY of my letters. Is this a new ploy? I've sent them faxed copies and proof of delivery and am waiting for a response

MBNA Default after dispute letter
barclaysinhinckleysuck replied to Duffychick's topic in Financial Legal Issues
I have had a conversation with one of their staff after receiving various letters from MBNA (an Alliance & Leicester card) demanding payment etc, even after sending a request for a CCA and following that up with the "in-dispute" letter. They said they had NOT received ANY of my recorded delivery correspondence and so had acted "following their process. I was then told it was Royal mails fault. Anyway, I faxed over all of my letters with the associated proof of delivery yesterday and am waiting for a response. Having read thru this thread there are similarities in this story to others, ie having debts sold on without any response to CCA requests. Is this a new ploy they are using I wonder and has anybody had any comeback from them regarding sending copies of letters with proof of delivery? -
Stat demand - ARROW GLOBAL LLC ***WON + COSTS ***
barclaysinhinckleysuck replied to lorri-croft's topic in Monument cards
Hello Lori hope you still look at this thread!. Today, I received a threatogram from Copes, although Transcom have not supplied a CCA and passed the 12+2 limit back in February this year. Have read your thread here and feel far stronger than I was a few hours ago! Have you had any more correspondance from Transcom/Arrow/Copes or whoever is pretending to be whom at the moment? Thanks, and good luck! -

First Credit just called me a DREG!

Poor Sharon. She probably didn't make it in that profession either (allegedly). Still, good to see she upholds First Credit's own professional Standards!
