If they are foolish enough to take you to Court then you can wipe the smile off their faces with a counterclaim. You have sent the CCA and are not required to send it again. If they send more begging letters remind them you sent them a CCA request and tell them they are breaching the rules by chasing a debt whilst in default of your CCA request
