A SAR gets your statements so that u can claim the true amount owing to you.......... You should have requested the statements first....U need to send of a sar to get the statements so that you can continue with an accurate claim... Im not sure how Cobbetts would view a figure plucked out of the sky(probably have a field day with there defence) Hope this helps Scott
-
hi follow the instructions ive given u and u will be fine they will not defend in court as long as you use the correct POC and the court will not throw the case out MCOL always transfer u to a court closer to your home so this is totally normal give the court a ring they will tell u exactly what to do dont worry this is fairly common scott

the letters u sent for your account will be ok the main difference is with the business account as long as you use the correct PARTICULARS OF CLAIM both of your claims can continue with no problems Make sure you use the consumer version POC for personal account http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/34887-5-money-claim-line.html and business version POC all info here http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/64975-business-claims-basic-guide.html this should keep u busy lol Scott
