I have seen someone getting ticketed for facing traffic on an unlit street, was quite a long time ago though, I was actually asked on my driving test many moons ago, what to do when parking at night, of course I answered correctly lol

Also would I need to get a solicitor involved, or would it suffice for me to attend on my own, it seems a simple thing I am asking for, and would my ex have to be there or can the judge send an order out, there have been threats of violence and intimidation from her family previously? Think I might also actually SAR the CSA to see what they have on me, I want details of when assesments were made and how much for, they say I owe them arrears but have never told me how much despite me asking a few times when I have rung them up. Would a judge have any valid reason not to order a test.

i think everyone should now stop posting, there is a new organisation which is paying particular attention to this thread POAK Prevention Of Abuse to Keyboards. They are also requesting that you should donate just £50 per month or whatever you can afford to help save those keyboards suffering overuse.

Although to be fair, at that stage the facts werent clear, and the press at the SC was really pushing that its all over, it was only once the judgement had been read by people that the true facts came out that it is indeed far from over. He probably heard loads of news reporters saying that noone had a chance any more, I know if I was hearing loads of members of the press saying that, I would be feeling very doubtful, I would have expected the press to have got their facts straight before reporting, obviously this is not the case.

Has anyone heard from their local court, as to what there current intentions are.

We all know they will do as they want even if there was a limit, the banking organisations seem to think they are above the law these days.
