  1. Hi mcg From my recent and current experience with Natwest, I believe Seq's advice to be sound (notwithstanding that I am the owner of the dog not in question). Your I&E needs to be sustainable and realistic. Their are maximum guidelines for expenditure on the National debtline site that I tend to regard as minimum limits. One should not include variable or uncertain elements of income. It is not necessary to meet demands for further documentation that is intrusive; e.g. do you have Sky, do you smoke, do you own a pet. Basically Seq's advice is sound, in my experience. love vic

  2. Hi and welcome to CAG. To be honest with you, I think you may struggle to get the default removed BUT you have come to the right place. CAG has a Vodafone web team presence here and they have helped quite a few. It can do you no harm to contact VF through this link: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?213340-Vodafone-Webteam-for-Customers-With-Problems&p=2343770&viewfull=1#post2343770 If you follow the instructions FULLY and then post up the automated reference number on this thread, one of the team will pick it up. As an extra help, I will move this thread to the Telecoms forum

  3. Just one final point,a judge making a ruling on what Redstones must do is much more robust than Redstones doing what they decide to do,its your decision but double check and treble check before you sit back and relax, something tells me they might pull this trick again to get themselves a lump sum at your expense.

  4. One further thing....on the Companies House page that comes up for your brothers company, click on the link to the right that says "Order Information on this Company" The resulting page will show a list of all the filings for the company, the most recent of which will show under what process the company was struck off/dissolved.

  7. Surely if Restons have wrongly stated what Carey was all about they should be charged with PERJURY? Restons specialise in the CCA type of cases - so should have their facts right and not be involved in perverting justice like this. I'm shocked that Judges can be so IGNORANT of the difference between complying with S 77/78 and having an enforceable agreement - but they are so removed from real life they think every debtor is a feckless dodger. I remember one Judge in the mid sixties asking "who are the beatles?" and HRH The Prince Philip getting mixed up and talking about "Indians" when he meant "Cowboy" builders. These wealthy peo
