Hi chrisblack and welcome to CAG:)

Start a new thread outlining your problems. I think the best section would be the Benefits section. There are some knowlegable people there who can hopefully help you.:)

Thanks wino, I'll do that. I'm not sure where to ask this question though - Can I/How do I get transcripts of telephone conversations with an organisation? The issue I have with the CSA is the fact that everytime I call them I get told a different story, it's constant contradictions, and I've been advised that I should try to get copies of all these conversations.

Is there somewhere I can look for this info.

Thanks

I think you need to send a subject access request (SAR) It costs £10. This is a link to the bank subject access request. I think you can just ajust this to suit your needs stating that you want copies of telephone conversations.

If you wait until later on, someone with more knowledge than me will be able to confirm if this is the right route.
