I believe so, I tried to keep up payment on just the interest for a while, but was unable. I have received a claim form from the court in relation to an old payday loan debt with wagedayadvance/mmf I made an affordability complaint and shortly after they decided I didn't have a case, have made a court claim. Before I received the claim, I took the case to the ombudsman, so have ask moriarty law to stay the case until this is complete. Ive attached my statement of account if it helps at all. What else can I do Thank you
  2. Basicallly: Owe £777 to WDA. Emailed about 5 days before the repayment date saying that I was going to unable to repay full amount, sent I & E form and waited a day. Nothing. So resent email and waited a day and again nothing. It was on day of repayment so had cancelled the DD and cancelled card and CCA. Sent £50 direct to their bank, emailed them saying I had done so and will be sending this amount every month (this was amount I had offered in repayment). Had one standard email saying missed payment but nothing else - no phone calls or emails. Should I be worried or should I leave it? Not willing to call. Many thanks Swanleyboy
  3. I am trouble with a lot of payday loans and am going to cancel my card and try to send them all letters offering payment terms, but I think Wagedayadvance have setup a direct debit on my account, if i cancel the DD will they still be able to get my money or setup another DD? I'm getting paid on monday so need to sort it this week PS i was also considering a debt management company and have seen that Bridgewood Financial Solutions have not setup fee, are they any good?
