LOL Hi Netty, its killing me too.... no news here... still waiting for the post this morning but doubt for one minute there will be anything of interest in there!! x -
LOL Babs!! Im so happy for you Babs, hope you get the money soon xxxx
-
That sounds perfect!!
-
Okay, mines up on the 28th so were nearly at the same stage... although I skipped the LBA as someone tld me you never get the full amount, and you miss out on the interest etc! Anyway, what I suggest you do is go back to here http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/hsbc-bank/ any on the left hand side a little way down theres a button to start a new thread! I suggest you start your own thread. Im sure someone will be along in no time at all with a letter for you to use!! They're fantastic on this site and are always very quick and very helpful!! Good luck!! Ill keep a look out for your posts!! xx
-
I bet!! You'll be fine just keep at it!! Ill wait for someone to come along and tell you what you should say in letter but I think it would go along the lines of that you will accept the amount as a partial refund but will be continuing with your claim for the full amount including interest and court costs OR like you said just refuse it! Because even if you say you'll accept it as a partial refund the offer just seems to dissapear!! When are your 28 days up?
-
Hello and welcome!! By the look of your name you'll prob be very welcome on this thread!! LOL Although it is always better to start your own topic so people can follow your individual case and you can ask questions on there but please feel free to participate on other threads too!! I would just write a letter back accepting it as a 'partial refund' and hold out for the full amount!! Go for the whole lot for sure!! Its your money at the end of the day!! Good luck xxxxxxxx
