  1. mine would be By payment book says I have paid you in full.......
  2. Of course they can! I'd suggest you go and re-read the 'Super Complaint' before giving people the wrong advice, the super complaint as only the bills produce after July 2007, it also only applies to were an energy supplier has not billed a customer. Sounds like the bill would be to do with an Agree Reads Dispute, which would be EDF's fault as, if they are the new supplier it’s up to them to read the meter and send this to EON/Powergen.
  3. to be honest with you, being old does not class you as a vulnerable person, sounds like your neighbour is not telling you the whole story, to get to a warrant stage, it takes month and months of letters and phone calls, if you don’t pay your bills this is what happens.
  4. Call Powergens/EON Complaints team on 0800 096 1156, they should help you, thats what they are thier for.
  5. This won’t work, energy watch will refer you straight back to EON, call EON’s complaint team on 0800 096 1156, you need to find out when the debt it from, if it’s previous tenants or for the builder of the property, regarding the letters, EON has to prove in a court that they have sent you letters, before they are given a warrant to disconnect you, they also go out on a pre-disconnection visit (PDV) and hand post a letter normally a month before applying for a warrant.
  6. Just phone you local distributor they can tell you who has legally supplied your property or pm me your address and I can check for you. I work for a large supplier. Bear in mind normally before a utility company chases for a debt they will check to confirm they defiantly supplied the property.
  7. so has anyone else had problems with barlclays and thier credit history??
  8. They are probley requesting this as the property will have a warrent in process on the account. The reason they ask for the prevois occuiper details is to stop the letters and debt collection agencys calling at your property.
  9. can some direct me to some PPI Templates please?
  10. Price increase letters are sent out to all customer not matter what tarrif they are on, also they are not reqiured to prove you had the letters, only that they sent it, which they will have.
  11. This is not the right process, energywatch will refer her back to powergen. They will not wipe 50% of the bill off. I'd suggest calling powergen ask for a manager and try to get at least 10% knocked off.
  12. I agree, most powergen will of is probaly off is 10% off the bill.
  13. well thats the thing I guess the information is but I was disputing the balance?
  14. I have asked and they say no lol!
  15. the have entered the balances for each month, so it looks like i've gone mega overdrawn and also entered I had an arrangement to pay (I called to DCA they was using I felt bullied they kept sending these debt letters even when i told them i was disputing the balance) as i told them i would pay the balance next month, I only done it to get them off my back, now I F**k it all up
  16. can barclays report to a cra while you are in correspondence regarding the bank charges? They have entered information on mine which is affecting me getting credit.
