Hi,I recieved an offer on the 7th oct 2 days before LBA is due, so I`ve hit a stumbling block,not sure if I should send letter accepting as partpayment or just send LBA on the 9th.

I`m due to send my LBA on the 9th October,just hope I dont have to file court papers,I just know I will make a mistake I just don`t know how to fill it in. wow,lucky you,they told me I had to pay no matter what.There are a few people that got them for nothing,I suppose its just who you get on the phone.
