I HAVE POSTED MY FIRST LETTER TO HALIFAX REQUESTING LIST OF BANK CHARGES THAT I HAVE PAID IN LAST SIX YEARS,BUT DIDNT REALISE THAT I NEEDED TO SEND A PAYMENT OF TEN POUNDS,WILL THEY JUST IGNORE ME?SHOULD I SEND ANOTHER LETTER INCLUDING THE FEE?PLEASE ADVISE.

I have sent first letter to Halifax requesting list of all charges applyed to my account over last six years,but I didnt realise you had to include ten pounds,will they just ignore my letter?How do I get around this?ADVICE PLEASE. -

Hello everyone,can anyone tell me after you have sent your first letter requesting details of how much you have paid in the last 6 years in charges,how long does it take for them to respond?:-? And would it be quicker if I just took the letter in the bank?:-? Please let me know.Thankyou.
