    Hi,could anyone tell me ,when I get my statements back and calculate how much i`m owed,do I need to send them photocopy`s of my statements to prove the amount along with a letter asking for it back.THANKYOU. Thursday 20th september 2006. Telephoned Halifax,payed five pounds for 6 years statements.

    Hi,yes just cost me five pounds for 6 years worth,any others that are more recent I can print of the online banking. No I didnt tell them that,does it matter?
