When I move though I expect I will have to 'inform my creditors' of the move. They will all know as soon as I register the change of address with my bank, that is how the letters started coming after the repossession

Informing your creditors is one thing, but I doubt very much, if any, information will be passed around by merely informing your Bank.

You may well be spot on, and I've just experienced lazy Bankers (good), but I have had nothing 'find me' by changing address with the Bank...and that's 4 times in as many years. Apply for a credit report and viola, yep...they are all informed by the CRA.

Maybe Banks do and I've just been 'lucky' but it never happens!! Personally think they are too god damn lazy and hunting for money to care (since any reporting might not be beneficial to a certain Bank - what with saving a nickel by doing nothing). Would that be surprising given the lenghts these charlatans will go to for profit?

In fact I have a very offset-able (!) account with Barclays, hence redirection of funds, but in the years it took me to work out it was possible...nothing occured and probably through assignment.

I just don't think Banks are that switched on like that, in my experience at least....and there is rather too much of that.

Personally it'd be a 14 day LPA followed by a 14 day LBA for me, then I'd be suing them and putting them to proof that you damaged it. If they haven't rolled over by that point I'd be wanting them to justify the price of the new one against the cost of the old one, and done so in front of a judge, with reciepts, and proof the other one had depreciated to an end value of £50 before alleged damage!! IF they could prove you damaged it which they won't be able to!!

Can you tell me where you get these pies from, I can't stop staring at it - it looks lush. I could murder some carrots and butter with it (sorry spam).

Everything looks great apart from the bacon with its sloppy fat on it and not at all crispy! The meat is also great like that, but I've never fathomed how people can eat the fat like that - bleugh! Each to their own obviously.

If you have in writing that you have paid for 7 days FB and only received 4...that you could prove, then they are screwed on that point. Simply goes against the contract. Were there any other factors to this?

Did you ask for specific compensation? always best IMO.....otherwise they'll palm you off with peanuts.
