right quick update went into court today and gave them my judgement paper and they said it takes a little while for it to go through with the paper work and wot not but approx.two weeks and if ive heard nothing in that time ive to go back to the court office and send in the baliffs me hahaha lol cant wait bring it on now gotta to work on expenses still not sure where to send them anyone gary h my old friend any tips much appreciated xxkia

hiya had a membership with la fitness last year and my one year was up in the november so a laod of us deceided didnt like the cleanliness of the place amoungst other things too numerous to go into,Anyhow i put in my cancellation notice in the november and thought that was that(oh prior to this i joined another member on my membership in the july of last year,sorry if this is confusing it confuses me as well,and wasnt told i was committed to another years membership from the july i wouldnt have signed had i known)now they have got debt collectors on to me for £600 i only pay £25 per month and that doesnt add up to £600 pounds by my maths can any one advise me cos im struck now dont which way to turn but not paying it thats for sure but theyll put a credit black mark on our record and its already bad enough with the bank charges any advice would be helpful

no only the £100 fee that was all i took in but you must have it back at the court before the date on the form there will be one on there somewhere and not on your court date mine had it right on the front of the form hope this helps
