Yes I have both on the phone and in a letter, but all they have sent me is what I have previously posted!

Hi Ims, I've had a go, not sure if I've done in right, if I have then it looks like the bank has still shortchanged me by £3,391. Would like to know if I'm right so I can then go back to them with this evidence. I've attached my spreadsheet, maybe you could have a look for me

Hi Ims Was just wondering if you would be able to give me the new amounts to put into my spreadsheet taking into account the rebates LLoyds say they gave me, I want to know if the figure they have paid me is correct?

Hi Ims yes they did send me a letter in it they state: Loan 1 - premium cost £1884.49 partial rebate of £605.73 repaid to loan account on 16.9.2002 Loan 2 - premium cost £3485.56 partial refund £1885.64 repaid to the loan account on 21.11.2003 They then go on to say "In order to obtain loan statements that will show the partial refunds being returned to your loan accounts please call the Personal Loan Service Centre". However I have copies of the statements that do not show the rebates were returned to the loan account. I cannot remember if they paid directly, would this make a difference.

Yes they have said that I was given these rebates and have supplied the dates they were paid to me, I will have to take their word for it as I can't remember 11 years back!! I was just wondering what figures I know put into the spreadsheets as even with these rebates it wasn't the full amount of PPI due? thanks

Hi Ims just a quick update and a plea for help, Lloyds have now been in touch and apparently I did get rebates. On Loan one I got a rebate of £605.73 and on Loan 2 a rebate of £1885.64. My question is what figures to put in the spreadsheet for the rollovers?? Help would be much appreciated

Sorry to butt in on your post but I was wondering if anyone had an address for a HSBC sar request, I sent one to the Leeds address but the letter is stuck with the Post Office (I used their track and trace service). I have found the following address: UK Data Protection Office HSBC Bank Griffin House 1-01 41 Silver Street Head Sheffield S1 3GG Should I used this one? Good luck with your case.

Hi Im's I have spoken to FOS for their advice, they advised me to open a complaint against Lloyds. I asked if it was worth speaking to Lloyds first to try to get the information, they agreed that I could try this. Have now done that but no joy, was just quoted their letter! Have now lodged a complaint with FOS and am now going to await the outcome.

Hi Ims I have attached the letter that Lloyds have sent back to me as you can see they haven't supplied me with the information I requested. What would be my best course of action now?

Hi can anyone help me, I have sent a SAR request to HSBC, I used the following address: HSBC Bank Plc Service Quality Team Arlington Business Centre Millshaw Park Lane Leeds LS11 0PP I sent the letter Signed for delivery with Royal Mail. My problem is when I track the letter on royal Mail it says that they (RM) have the letter, does that mean that no-one signed for the letter at the address and it is sitting in the Post Office. Is there another address I should be sending the request to, how long will I be expected to wait for the information? Grateful for any help!

Hi ims21, thanks for your reply, does the following sound ok to send to them: I am writing further to my telephone conversation with one of your colleagues following your upholding my complaint. As discussed I am supplying you with copies of my loan statements for the loans in question as you stated you didn’t have this information. I am also writing to request of your detailed workings of the rollover/excess balance figures. Could you please look into this for me and reply as soon as possible.

ims21 Hi, have you had a chance to look at the figures? Is it worth me writing to the bank? I really am sorry to keep bothering you and I appreciate that you are probably helping lots of people with their concerns.
