Truste ,hi am new at this so please excuse ,if my bank has acted unlawful with my money and fraudulent ways ,,is there away to get help to prove my case .the banks keeps fobbing me off and I have all the evidence just need help putting it all togerther as am a bit thick at that ..pls help the bank have wore me down so much ..

hi ,the same happend to my husband with hsbc platium credit card ,we gave up in the end the bank just wore us down ,goodluck.

Hi Thankyou for replying ,HSBC bank Plc,individual saving accounts,plus we used to have deposit bounds.premium account .al try to give a short version we assumed premium account ,the bank somehow made us believe because of money in bank we saved ,they bumped us to premium with £5,000 over draft ,plus investment manger would take care of our saving .looking back now seem to be so stupidest of us ,but we a summed we were not getting chargeed for over drafted,as we did not asked for are need it ,as we had £70,000 in account.we were young trying to be senserble & of course trusted bank with our money .. We only complained about charges ,but lately going through hard times I can't believe go through statements ,how I think the bank has mismanaged our money .i don't know how to explain it ..

Hi am new and a bit thick so forgive me getting my message across ,can anyone advise me on how to wright a letter to ceo of my bank ,my husband and I been trying for years ,but they wear me down .so here goes I have all the statements and proof that I believe bank missleading advise with investing our money and at the same time a few thousands of pounds in charges &intresrts we paid .i just am terrerble with how two go forward with getting our monry back as you can tell my grammar and spelling are terrible ,sorry for going on ,i mean how do I make the bank understand my complaint .as I'm sick of them making me feel thinck .
