  1. Thanks - how do i proceed with BCOBS then - i have all documentation - do i just send back to bank with charges highlighted? is their a letter template?
  2. Dear all I have received the informartion from Halifax on all charges on my current account and now need to know how to progress. Do I just highlight these and send to the bank or FOS? Do you have a letter template I can use? I am a single mother who works but have experienced payday loans excess charges and thus causing fees on my account and also passing to other companies who have taken too much. I am in serious debt and although work am making it hard to make ends meet. Halifax have refused to help me with any charges apart from cancelling these for 3 months but I want to claim back precvious charges. Please help - thanks so much

  4. I have had threats from doorstep collection from mmf. Is this allowed? Do I complain to mr l or ombudsman and if the latter will this be actioned urgently to stop mmf? I'm really worried!

  10. wow - so pleased for you. I am having exactly the same issue, as well as because I cannot clear overdraft they will not offer me new account details and sort code so I had several consecutive months of random companies taking money and thus spiralling into debt. These companies were not authorised but Halifax havent helped me and now I need to clear the overdraft as cannot afford the fees plus cant risk more associated companies taking money I do not authorise. I am in so much debt being a single working mum and cant pay all my debts so need help on that if anyone else can and how to sort Halifax to help me. Could you detail what you wrote in the email and how you got the email address as I desperately need to do the same. Not slept for days
