hello all new to these forums, my mum got a nice letter off these people at Excel Parking for £60, she did their appeal process, as ticket machine was out of order on the day took her money though except their official reply is that the machine was working on the day after apparent extensive investigation. she even has a witness to the fact it took her £1 and he signed / dated the paper left his details with her. after a small read on moneysavingexpert.com seems these parking notices are unenforceable and that my mum shouldnt of replied/reply any further?. any help would be appreciated thanks
