  1. Hi, I've actually been into my local Morrison's store not long ago, the store manager sorted it out. He's told me he will fill in a form on their system which will remove the PCN. Thanks for everyone's help with this.
  2. Just a quick update, I've just read through the thread @dx100uk put on yesterday and made a call to the store explaining what happened, they said to take it to my local store (I don't live near Nantwich store) and they'll put it into the system to resolve it Crazy I never thought it would be that simple! I'll post back once I've been in to my local store. Thank you all!
  3. The driver has checked bank statement and nothing is showing for that date therefore must've been cash
  4. I wasn't present at the time, but I've asked the driver and they cannot find one.
  5. Hi All, I received a PCN Notice yesterday, I wasn't the driver and would like information on how best to appeal this PCN. I've answered all the questions below and I appreciate in advance any responses: 1 Date of the infringement [03/03/17] 2 Date on the NTK [09/03/17] 3 Date received [14/03/17] 4 Does the NTK mention schedule 4 of The Protections of Freedoms Act 2012? [Y] 5 Is there any photographic evidence of the event? [Y] 6 Have you appealed? [N] Have you had a response? [N] 7 Who is the parking company? [Parking Eye] 8. Where exactly [Morrisons - Nantwich] Regards, Maverick1103
  6. I have asked for a statement of what I have paid so far, they didn't say how much it would cost to leave, but I imagine there will be a fee. Thanks for your help.
  7. Sorry, the pot I refer too is monies I have paid over the period I have been with them, which is set aside for settling the debts early; normally when they have 50% they offer them an early settlement amount. I was worried if I left them I would loose this money, though I have just spoken to them and have been told that my money would be paid to my creditors on a pro-rota basis apparently. I would prefer the money back so I can pay it to the main creditor. Maverick
  8. Hello all, I have just come across this thread, I am a customer of FSF along with my partner. We have been with them for about 2 years now, we roughly have £5,000 in 'the pot' between us, though they are separate accounts. Now I am a bit worried about our money that is in 'the pot' if something was to go wrong with FSF, so far we have had no issue's with FSF I know we pay 8% for their services but it's something we are happy to pay if we get debt free. We we're told at the start that we would be debt free in a 'good' and 'worst' case scenario, unfortunately the good has past due to most debts being enforceable. I myself have been told that one of my debts is unenforceable due to the creditor not proving certain information to FSF, I contacted them today to be told different information. So I started thinking and then came across this forum, should I get out, if so what happens to our money that is in 'the pot' ? Also I see there are free dmp out there, will I get messed around again or should I stay with FSF? Any advice will be appreciated! Maverick
  9. Right ok, any ideas on how I go about getting my money back, or even if I can? Thanks for the reply!
