    Been to the small claims court myself and believe they are as much use as a chocolate fireguard. But don't let me put you off you may have a better experience!

    Exactly! bunch of chancers so just ignore. If they keep sending letters or phonecalls tell them you are going to the police because it is harassment. Whatever happens DON'T give in and pay up.
