Hi I committed an offence in Sept 2011 and was convicted in Jan 2012 6 points for doing 73 in a 50. I received another fixed penalty in Feb 39 in a 30 and I paid the £100 but couldn't find my driving licence. I then forgot about it as I have memory problems due to fibromyalgia I filled in a form for new licence DVLA lost the form police gave me an extension my licence arrived I've posted it but I've also now received a letter saying I missed the timescale they will be sending me to court. I'm now panicking if this goes to court I will get 6 points and be banned. Please help any advice appreciated

Hi I spoke earlier to FRS about my ppi claim with Platform Home Loans taken out in July 2004. I have no paperwork they said they can't pursue a claim as platform were not members of the FSA at the time ( registered from Oct 2004) so they not regulated so you can't bring a claim, can anyone tell me is this correct? Is there anything I can do?

Hi I sent a request to GE and they replied to my request and sent out the policy docs. What do I need to do now?

The Halifax are refusing this PPI claim on the basis that the customer said he shouldnt have taken it out as there was no reson for it and that he had paid a lot of money for it without no need. He has replied to Halifax and said that originally the PPI was never explained to him so he didnt know what he was taking out and therefore believes it to be missold. They are still not budging. Should he just give up?

Hi I have sent a request to Platform Home Loans and a £10 postal order, but they replied to me saying that the claim is too old and they have no information and returned my postal order. Is that it for me now? Will I just have to leave this?
