HI I am in the same position with a NW loan which has been paid. Same LG benefits, they sent me a 4 page letter and I escalated directly through the Ombudsman and am awaiting their response. I am confident as I had a similar claim with Mint credit card and took that to the Ombudsman and won! malcold10 -
