Hello all, I have received a "PARKING CHARGE NOTICE" from VEHICLE CONTROL SYSTEMS. It shows two pictures of the rear of my car, stopped to pick up passengers. I was not driving at the time it was someone else. The picture does not show how long the car was stopped. It states that "liability for this parking charge notice lies with the driver of the vehicle". Do I have to tell them who was driving, and pay £60 charge? Any advice would be gratefully received.
