Update: Hi I still not received any response from planning permission team, however i submitted n244 application and now i have received this reply please guide me if this is a positive response. Another week gone they still not replied any advice guys? Whats the next step shall i take if they dont reply next couple of weeks

Almost one week still no reply from chesterfield council sent email twice also rang back and again been told that email to them as they can't help over the phone

Ok I have contacted Canada Life Ltd company they have given me email address to request planning permission for HX Parking Management LTD so let's hope I get some useful information from them. Xx

Hi lookingforinfo is there any template letter for SAR so I can send to HX parking to get contract details with Canada Life Ltd company as they are the landowner

Have you read the registry I could not find anything about HX Parking

The car park is part of the McDonald's as I chose the area to check the land registry it comes up as a part of McDonald's there is another car park which comes up as cinema Ok I have found another vital information from hm land registry site. I had to use map drag and drop to select the exact area of parking and search come up with different landowner. Please see the attached registry there is no planning permission for this land but there is plenty of information in this attachment RegisterDY271529.pdf I think I got the right registry now and got landowner as well which is Canada Life Ltd. Plenty of planning permission but no mention of HX Parking Management LTD I believe

Ok so what's the time limit b4 we go ahead with FOC set aside. Isn't a good idea contacting McDonald's as they are the landowner and if they have information regarding planning permission for HX

Ok lets wait and see then we can move forward to the next step eg contacting HX Parking Management LTD and asking them if they can provide proof for planning permission and if they agree to put the case aside

She said she's unable to tell anything further as there is no other information available I need to get the copies from hm land registry then I can find out what I am looking for Atleast we know who the landowner is and already contacted McDonald's regarding this matter which they said that they can't help so I have to negotiate with the relevant authority eg HX parking management

I have received phone call the lady on the phone instruct me to get the electronic copies of register and planning she says this is what she can tell me nothing more Till 5th October 2021 there is no Information about camera and signs permission granted. Because we are talking about past PCN charge that time it was not granted permission then if there is pending application for permission would that still matter?

Ok I have been trying to contact the contact the council but they are not picking the phone up. Now I have sent them an email asking for the required information. On other hand I need some information regarding the CCJ Judgement already made. So if we get the required information from council then what's our next step. To put a case set aside I already applied help with the fees and got the reference number as well Update Finally spoke to someone from chesterfield council planning help desk she told me that it's registered in Nottingham land registry and shes is not sure if it's managed by council. She has sent an email to get details then they going to ring me
