@FTMDave thank you very much i am bit relieved so not rushing anymore. Just need to get the print outs of WS and exhibits again i will wait till Monday night if we received gladdy ws then we can adjust ours.

@FTMDave okay i can send gladdys by 1st class post no issue here also shall i attach defence as well ? I know i been told that ignore the email but if in case if i receive their same request by postal mail in upcoming days before 29th June

@FTMDave as you advised sending WS to fleecers by 2nd class post, so along with WS do i have to attach exhibits as well to gladdys?

Hi guys Nothing has been received from fleecers i feel that they are reading this thread maybe its my illusion anyways so what's next time is ticking and only few days left to submit the ws.

Update Hi guys i received email from gladdys please read below and advise me what to do next. Thanks Dear Mr xxx Thank you for your email dated 04th June 2022, the contents of which have been noted. The Order dated 16th March 2022 stated that your Defence of 13th March 2021 is to stand as your defence and re-service be dispensed with. Upon review of the file, it appears we were not served with that Defence and therefore I would be grateful if you could provide a copy to us to enable us to respond accordingly. If we fail to receive a copy and/or you refuse to provide a copy, we will highlight this to the Court when filing our Witness Statement. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind Regards

Hi guys there is no update yet i have sent emails to gladdys and hx Parking limited let them know that the email is no longer used for any future correspondence so communicate via postal mail in future

@FTMDavei would go with the previous photographs they also captured recently i am giving them headings so will upload again here so far i have Bank statement Day photos and night photos I did not understand your previous post regarding article from local rag and governments cops

@FTMDave right the previous pictures taken by my mrs with her iPhone yesterday i have taken with my Samsung so maybe picture quality difference but one thing for sure that the picture taken by iphone match with when u see with your eyes

@FTMDave thanks i am sorting out photographs with headings so judge can see in detail how the entrance look like and how visible entrance borads are. Also giving headings while in McDonald's car park in night time so judge will see how clear and visible they are with naked eye. Also i would like add in WS that the recent photographs taken in good weather conditions and when i went first time in August 2020 it was cloudy and bit rainy as well.
