just received a letter from the courts today, Notice Of Allocation To The Small Claims Track (hearing) but this is'nt till 14/11/06. do i still keep trying to email mr. k jeremiah to settle out of court or do i just sit back and wait now??????? many thanks in advance!

i have also e-mail and attempted to get in touch with keith but i am in the same boat as you guys, however barclays missed there first deadline to send in there AQ. and there second deadline was 7/8/06 i think they sent it back this time but still waiting as to what happens now!!!!!!!!!! watch this space.

they are all the same mate we have no end of problems with NTL. however they did correct all there mistakes and gave me FREE broadband for 3 months free phoneline rental for 3 months and 6 months half price sky tv. all because i kicked off big style over a £12 charge not bad aye......

thats what i did i emailed k jerimiah to give him 1 last chance to settle out of court be he did'nt get back to me so i sent my AQ yesterday!!!

hi every1, just a quicky i am about to send the questionnaire back to my local court and i just wanted to know what paper work i shoud be prepaired to take in to court with me. or is it worth giving Mr Keith Jeremiah a call if so whats the best way of starting the conversation off. i was browsing other peoples threads and noticed that most of barclays defence cases are exacly the same word for word. does anyone think i will hear from barclays b4 the 26th???? for some reason i am panicing a little! cheers every1

i have seen the AQ in the templates library but still not sure how to word SECTION G, OTHER INFORMATION , is this, what i think, i should be taking in to court with me or be sending to the judge to help with my claim, if so what forms should i take to court or be sending to the judge????? many thanks.

hi just thought i would let you know that i to had a large bill this month and phone o2 to ask why it was so high. the woman on the phone said you have wap charges for £30.36 when i told her that i have never paid for wap she said every one contract was informed by a text message between 27th feb -30th april stating that as from the 2/5/06 wap browsing is no longer free when i stated that i had'nt recieved that text she said she will credit my account. just thought you could try the same simply tell them you did'nt recieve the text. good look hope you sort it out.

mine is 7th of july i think barclays had 28days from the 8th of june to file a defence but i am not sure if saturdays and sunday count as days!!!!!!

just thought i would let everyone with an o2 online contract phone know that as of the 2nd of may 2006 the wap promotion that was free to browse had ended. i have just recieved my online bill and noticed that i had £30.34p in wap charges. i have just rang o2 to ask why was'nt we informed the very nice lady said everyone had recieved a text between 27/02/06 and 31/03/06 stating that the promotion was ending on 02/05/06. however when i said i cant remember recieving the text she said thats ok i will credit your next bill with £30.34p not bad i think for just stating i had not had the text. why not give it a try if you have just recieved your bill with a wap charge on it!!!!!!!!!!

was just thinking how much longer can people claim for there unfair chargers back.it cant be long before some do-gooding MP steps in and closers the loophole

I have taken court action against barcalys and have got the court acknowledgment form..........however barcays (defendent) have ticked the box on the letter "saying they intend to defend all of this claim..............so it as left me asking the question... does everything sound as if it is going to plan????? all help welcome cheers everyone!!!!!!! oh and come on england..hahahaha

having sent the correct letter to barclays requesting all my charges back, i then received a letter from barclays saying there were looking into my complaint another 7 days had passed when i received a letter saying there were willing to give me £280 pound out of the £600 as a good will gesture, i was claiming, i then wrote another letter stating that i would only be happy with the full amount back otherwise i will be proceeding with court action. i then got a follow up letter from barclays within 2 days saying, we are unable to agree to a full refund and it is regret that you will be now proceeding with county court action, i appreciate this is not the response you were looking for, but hope i have clarified the banks position.............. do you think they are trying to call my bluff. and should i call theres???????? all help apprecaited!!!!!!

Havin already written a letter to barclays requesting there unfair charges back , should i be looking for a follow up letter to send to barclays. MANY THANKS
