  1. I mean from what you have said you read as a couple, but as the others have said it comes down to proof. They would have to tell your solicitor what proof they have as apposed to can withold it from you till interview, so solicitor a good move. If that evidence if they have any can be seen by the solicitor as incriminating then you can consider things differently and decide what you want to do, but as others have said there are people accused and the dwp have no evidence and cant take it forward. There are alot of us about with anxiety disorders, me for one, but sound off as much and ask as much as you like on your thread and people will advise. Dont let it affect your health to deteriate as whatever happens you can with help here deal with it and your kids need you xx There are some cruel people who report single parents for living with partner when dont out of malice oftem and they eventually although distressing get over it when proved innooent, but there are also some who dont know they are doing wrong too, just be honest xx Best of luck
  2. My son is at the moment composing a ditty for youtube entitled. Tesco leave my mom alone amazing what kids can do and I am going to have a good scream on you tube too. Will take us a while but I hope it will be a popular one alike the laddy screaming leave britney alone. One hell of a stress buster.
  3. Some help will come from those in the know. I tell you one thing though for your records and as they have involved a dca, I would record any future calls, if they confirm all will be sorted and then you receive anymore dca letters, you can refer them to the conversation. Best of luck xx

NO DEADLOCK LETTER IN THE POST TODAY DESPITE THEM CONFIRMING THEY WILL GIVE ME THE TRACK AND TRACE CODE RE IT AGREED ON MONDAY TO BE SENT AT MY REQUEST BY RECORDED DUE TO MY NOT BELIEVING THEY SENT THE OTHER TWO LETTERS AND FOR REASURANCE I COULD SEE WHERE THIS ONE WAS IN THE MAIL, THEY HAVE NOT DONE IT. I personally believe someone is taking the mick now and victimising me for possibly having the cheek to point out their staff deliberately misled me re the fault which according to complaints never existed. I therefore believe they are deliberately not sending the letters even though the ceo at cheshunt has agreed recorded delvery. I yesterday afternoon again was searching ebay, I won a skirt for 99p as I am not bothered with second hand clothes and needs must when you cant go out of the house much, anyhow the seller posted it that afternoon. Guess what it again arrived today, less that a day delivery from the other side of the country. Congratulations to ebay and royal mail for the service. Now why cant tesco who promised letter monday get it here. why cant they provide the promised track and trace code. I BET THEY DIDNT SEND IT!!!!!!!! I mean surely there would be no gain in lying to me once more would there? So tesco where is this illusive letter, are you deliberately holding my complaint up yet at the same time not answering basic questions raised by my bank in response to your claims, yet refering to a deadlock letter that you have not officialy sent!!!!!! as promised. Should anyone trust tesco broadband and home phone when things go wrong re what they tell you should not be a lie, I trusted you tesco, I dont anymore and my faith has been pushed away. HONESTLY re this saga, YOU COULDNT MAKE IT UP. Skirt made it from Durham to Buckinghamshire in less than a day!!!!!!! Maybe tesco should contact my ebay seller for advice on prompt and succesful posting. You see I know the seller posted my skirt as it arrived as promised, not hard is it?
  5. They seem to be struggling to find the track and trace code for the letter sent monday. They now are not answering any requests re my bank asked them to confirm exactly when do they claim they tried to take a payment from my account that was refused since 14/12 dd reactivated and 17/2 dd cancelled due to their threats. Bank confirmed five payments were attempted in total. Two succesfully not the 'only one payment received by us' One naughty naughty tesco tried to take money out of my account after the dd stopped 17/2 Or the two dds attempted when they t hemselves had advised me to stop the dd to overide their t hird party billing. Hey you dont think their staff were lying there as well as in shouldnt have advised me to stop payment. Maybe they prefer despite no service or shifty bills, maybe they expect us to pay it anyhow and WISH upon a star that their third party billing and credits rep(who likes to on own volition cancel credits) would they like us to keep the account way in credit till they eventually get their act together. NAUGHTY TESCO!!!!!! They keep refering to deadlock letter sent so wont comment more, but hang on I aint received it yet officially hahahahahaha
  6. 1. Told me they had basically misold me the contract and couldnt suport the alarm, please leave. 2. Rang me to stay and said could support alam and i cancelled sky taking me over. 3. Sky accidently slammed my line twice due to forgetting to cancel cease order and tesco then said nothing to do with them as not my current supplier,which they were and ofcom told me to insist tesco reinstate the line on both occasions. 4..When up and running they in eror billed me for no service and was told would credit it, they didnt and raised two incorect bills and asked me to pay them, I did the first and said no on the second please credit me properly and give corect bill. They wiped the bill as couldnt seem to overide their third party billing. 5. Then the dds were not going out properly, they said it was my bank or me with insufficent funds and also told me on customer service/bband side that their was a known dd fault and not to worry and would liase with billing. 6. Billing persued me despite reassurances and kept telling me they would disconect my line. 7. Customer services said not to worry would deal with it etc....... But mainly the court issue is the last few months where they have blamed me for not taking their own payments and my bank are backing me up. It goes on and on even down to them setting up apparanlty two new dds which my bank said never were sent tot hem!!!!!!!!!! It is all down to tesco being incompetant basically but at the same time happy to pressure me and say will cut my alarm off it dont pay their inacurate bills Turned me into a panicked freak basically frightened of being alone incase the line was cut and I had to go to more expensive provider that same night to get reasurance my line would be preserved, and bt did that reasuring me they could support my alarm as not all providers can for some reason. I think it is some dont like such devices on the lines.
  7. I will be taking tesco to court over their telecom side forcing me due to ongoing various issues as got out of hand, to leave and have to pay a more expensive provider for the same service. I have a thread on the telecom side which goes into the protracted issues which will without going on describe how I was put at risk re I have a fall detector linked to an alarm that calls for help if needed. Tesco behaviour of blaming me for their own errors down to threatening my line for not paying the bills when infact my bank will send a letter confirming the dd was up and running and not an issue and that tesco just didnt request the money. Tesco staff had lied to me on more than one occasion re stating their was a direct debt fault I suppose to pacify me that they were dealing with it. But led to the billing team basically insisting I was not telling the truth and in fact worthy of the debt dept and my line to be disconected. I have a .doc copy of the deadlock letter and am waiting for the official copy but basicaly they are wrong in this document also. They state they have only received one payment off me. In fact they had two. They state that the issue of the direct debit fault told to me was untrue. They state they are not willing to compensate me for the difference due to the fact I stopped the direct debit, when I did not. My bank have confirmed and will do in writing that it as up and running from 14/12 I have been asking them to compensate me for the forced move to protect my line due to them saying it would be disconected once more due to their errors, and after they had already previoulsy let me down re their responsibilities in my thread, that I had no choice and I stated in the phone call to them at the time that I would have to persue them for the difference. I also told them that if it was not solved to my sattisfaction promptly that I would have to go to court and would add on for distress caused. Now I am not exagerating that since joining tesco it has been like an emotional tightrope of begging them due to their errors or response to their own errors, to not put my line at risk once more or threaten to disconect it. I am not one of these saying I will take them to court and not going to do so, I am serious. I get the impression they are not fazed by my statement and just expect the little person to give up. They have shown me no indication that they are able to learn by what they have done to me or even take responsibility for what they have done with respect to out of pocket expenses so need advice on a number of things. When sending a letter before action, who do I send it to, would it be the ceo of tesco as tesco broadband and home phone is under their wing. I had offered them to pay me in recognition of my distress 100.00 for distress on top of the out of pocket expenses and they have basically laughed me off. I in fact feel they have made me extrememly distressed for about six months now and if you can put up with my writing style blog/thread a bit emotional at times, then please do so and see what you think. If it goes to court I feel I should be asking more than 100.00 for six months of distress. Out of pocket expenses will be 350.00 plus and properley documented, but I dont want to alienate any court by asking for too much xx This thread will not see me blogging or emotional, but just after specific help re I have never taken anyone to court before, and I dont want it joined to the other thead, which I will update seperately. thanks Thanks.
  8. Emailed them today that as my letter has still not arrived and that as they said it would go off by recorded delivery that I would have hoped to have received it by now. You see I made a last min purchase on ebay monday and the goods arrived today!!!!! So I have asked them to provide the track and trace re the letter for me to see it is on the way and was in deed sent as promised monday. They wont answer in a manner that makes sense as to why when the dd was reinstated 14/12 supposing what they say is true as in there is apparantly now no dd fault as to why raise a carried over bill due to what previously told, on the 11/01 and not request the money from my bank near 23/01 which was theres and my prefered agreed date. The raise a bill 11/02 carried over bill again direct debit still there, and because I was concerned it was adding up I rang them for reassurance the dd fault supposed had been solved and my concerns re the arrray of emails received suggesting to me it wasnt, why blame me? Why when I rang their staff did they take the attitude I was a non payer and didnt have a working dd I suppose through my fault they supposed rather than their error, why at that point choose on me ringing them, not them ringing me through lack of contact or lack of current due payment due 23/2 and I was ringing a week earlier than that date, why tell me my line was to be disconected? D***H**** thats why:lol: Sorry if getting a little worked up again, but they have not replied to my emails, the call monday to maureen has not resulted in any call back wanting to come to a conclusion, they are going to try and play hard done by and not paid to a court with the evidence I have. I truly hope they get fined xx

Daughter went into the kebab shop recently and a young server started to act odd and dashed out the room, according to my daughter and as quick reapeared but on leaving gave her a note with his phone number on it. She was a little confused and told me he also wrote 'yours' on a burger and had given her two chicken breasts in the burger as apposed to the one on the others:madgrin: She came home and said mom he was acting oddly. She is confused as she looks older than her age, like me as a kid and the server aged approx 17 she said obvioulsy didnt know her true age. I explained the man had probably made a mistake and best to not go there again, but that if she was older it was a hint that he liked her. Okay she understood and she wont go there again. Anyhow today she fancied a subway and went in to subway and commented on the article in the daily mail about how the chain is more popular and healthier than mcdonalds and how she likes their food, which obviously the staff appreciated hearing. So she is about to leave and a male server said he has given her extra meat as a treat. So she comes home bangs the sandwhiches down and says, oh mum another man is after me and gave me extra food in a sort of exhausted motion and I had to explain he probably being the owner of the franchise was complimented by what she said and gave her the treat:lol: She is actually only 13 but very tall and looks about 16/17 to those who dont know her, just like I was at her age, so I will keep an eye on her. She said this fanycing business is quite confusing so not mature yet as so young. Hey at my ripe age of 42 with my figure slipped by quite a spread, no one gives me their number anymore:violin:
  10. On reading another thread different issue but company was having problems requesting direct debits they have been asked to wait whilst the company contacts its bank. They in their issue were repeatedly confirming their dd details as well and the money was not being requested. Now it occurs to me after me being able to prove the extent to which I have gone checking with my bank that it is and has been confirmed not my or indeed my banks error, I wondered has Tesco home phone and broadband at anytime contacted their bank? Or just assumed I am some lowly non payer in their billing eyes:-x:-x:-x

  12. Hi, cant you demand the police prove you were on the phone, hence them have to get the records? Can a solicitor force the police to provide what evidence they have prior to the case and insist that way.
  13. Rang tesco up asking for them to send me a copy of the deadlock letter by recorded delivery today and after speaking to maureen they are doing so. She allowed me to tell her the whole story to get across that I am not just out for something and that if with the errors in the .doc deadlock letter and admitting their staff previously lied to me and that of my bank confirming they had every opportunity to take the money from 14/12 and just didnt then it would be cheaper for them to either send me a cheque for the compensation I want or credit it in my name to bt, or even send me the ammount in tesco vouchers as I would maybe then drag myself back into their stores after accepting it was over. I have said it will cost tesco I know 300.00 to take it to the regulators and that I am also going to court for out of pocket expenses over the period of my contract with bt and possibly for distress caused also. That if they paid me the compensation I would happily report I was satisfied and they could rest assured they dont have to hear about it again, with me hoping they maybe could learn by it. She seemed very reasonable and the woman who attempted to send the deadlock letter is her superior and as said on holiday or leave but that she will pass it all to her, did add that the computer systems are down at the moment, but that she couldnt promise but would see if they could do anything. So if they dont contact me once I have the deadlock letter then I will send the letter before action and refer to appropriate regulator as well. As it is my phone and bband is up and running and I know it wont be cut off touch wood:-) Maybe some people do just send a letter, but after working for some years in customer services myself until became sick I was always trained to be reasonable and try to sort a situation out. At least a court can see how hard and how much stress I have been under, but it ends now as the fun starts doesnt it. Its now up to them!!

  16. Right its still me plus one year. Got fed up of begging my viao to work as the only computer that had my password in it and well I cant remember it, so set up new username 2011. My line went dead at 09.30 and within minutes my equipment turned up promptly. I have not got the phone on yet, but due to the nature of bt broadband it is already on using the new bt router . Update re tesco home phone and broadband: Received a envelope frank marked 4/3/2010 with what I had hoped was the long awaited dead lock letter, but NO, they cant even get that right and someone has sent me a copy of the wrong letter and sent an irrelevant one dated 18/2/2011 stating their position prior to even wiping the bill of ninety odd quid. So they laughably cant even get that right, doh, I have that letter already and its the DEADLOCK letter from the previous week that they were supposed to have sent me. So as I didnt receive the first dead lock letter and they cant send it on my second request, am I to suppose that although it exists in a .doc that I got from head office, that it was in fact never sent or even printed. My request is quite clear both verbally and email I want a copy of the letter supposedly sent a week ago to me, that hasnt arrived. Oh tesco Emailed the customer services at the ceo of tesco to request they send copy by recorded delivery and today. Edit. Its now 11.30 my broadband went down for half a min and low and behold my phone is now already with bt, THANK GOD!!!!!!!!!
