I cannot believe they are allowed to hike the fees up so much. We only switched 6 months ago, and although we have already made over £65 in cashback, it seems absolutely appalling that they could do this. I am seriously considering changing banks again.

Hi Fuzz, Hope your Christmas went well. I have pinged you an email (from another site - seem to be a lot of them). Seems that all this is moving REALLY slowly. As an aside, did your legal team give you any indication as to where people stand in my position - ie, "finance agreement" in wifes name and course in mine? I can understand that the CCA section 75 would not apply, but the forms all say "finance agreement" not personal loan, and I am named as the student for a course with advent. Thanks Craig
