intrum justitia DCA Letter Asking Payment- Unknown Debt!
jobmid replied to bobneedhelp's topic in Debt Collection Agencies
there a bunch loosers in liverpool who couldnt be bothered getting a proper job they just love to treaten and intimidate the arverage person like you and i. they are part of a bigger group and are from denmark if you believe it but there there in the top 5 debt collectors in the uk along with Lowells, 1st Credit, Aktiv Kapital/Thames Credit and last but not least Robinsons way. There just bullys and dont give into them. Passing back to client means they will send it back but if I was a betting man I would bet you will be hearing from Aktiv Kapital next as this is what Intum normally mean by sending back to client. Ensure to send that letter I would also copy it to the orignal creditor to stop the debt been sold onto another dca then it should not bother you again. -
ohh yes one of my favorite dca's this company is actually lowell preteding to be a diffrent company send this to them also rember to send it recorded delivery you will soon say goodbye to the leeds loosers
-
yes you can cca a debt collection agency what is the debt for a loan, credit card, overdraft we would need to know this to give you the correct advice as overdrafts dont have a cca were you by any chance dealing with metropolition debt collection?
-
for yout next prank call to a dca you could offer the Woolworths vouchers as payment to them:D
-
if they try to close it i know away of hosting it where they cant get thier grubby paws on it. its like the big bad wolfe and the brick house trying to blow it down i seen this one as well i nearly cried with laughter when i seen it:D i suspect a cagger put it there to get a reaction from some of the real posters on that site;)

just in case you need it
-
if its over 6 years old then send the statue barred letter via recorded delivery. lowell seem to specilize on statue barred debt. they will soon be saying thier goodbyes to you and live up to thier name the leeds loosers
-
mbna sold their sole to the devil a long time ago there is no end to what they would do. do not send a cheque or sign your name on any documentation you send to them
-
because your signature is on the cheque and they can use that to knock up a fake agreement if they dont have your orignal agreement

Red Debt Collection problems - Vodafone
jobmid replied to computerguy99's topic in Debt Collection Agencies
have a good read of that treat it will let you know who you are deailing with and exactly how useless Red Debt/Lowell are. Bearing in mind thier legal person is just a computer which sends out automated treat-o-grammes you will porberly get a letter from hamptons legal when one of the monkeys get around to changing the paper in the printer to do the hamptons print run. let us know how yo get on -
So did you go to court or not? Did you ever recive a judgement from a court? Have you checked your credit report latley to see if there is one on it? If this has never been before a judge then you could ask for a copy of the cca as I am sure it would not exist anymore. You need to do a little digging it might be worth sending barclays a subject access request. To see if they have a ccj or not.

I get a cheque for my student grant every 3 months which is an AIB GB cheque from a branch in London does anyone know if I take it to the AIB branch in Liverpool will they just give me the cash or do I still have to lodge it?
