    Is the letter to be sent to Credit Solutions or Barclaycard. Its just that Barclaycard are now waiting for my signed authorization letter before they release my so called CCA....

    The Calls have started again... Each time they call I ignore it! It is now 44 days since I sent my request in for the CCA and all I have had is my original application. What is the best way to handle this now please?

    Paul, Thanks for that, also haven't Barclaycard broke all the rules possible by firstly not sending me the CCA and secondly passing the debt over to Credit Solutions whilst its in dispute.

    Today I have received a letter from Credit Solutions heading 'Formal Demand'. They say they are acting as agents for Barclaycard. I presume that I should send a letter to this lot telling them that the account is in dispute as my request for the CCA has not been dealt with by Barclaycard. Is this correct?

    I have sent the letter off to DLC, now waiting for there response.

    Thanks PT....well I haven't received anything in writing from them so they can get lost. Message said 'Can I ring them back'.......NO NO NO NO NO!!!

    Just checked my paperwork and don't appear to have any letters from them so don't know what this could relate to. Do they trade as anything else?

    Hi Shane, Thanks for your reply. When I sent the original cca request in I used a digital signature. But now they say that I have to send in a signed authorisation letter. Should I send in another letter authorizing them to send me the info but agin use a digital signature?

    Thanks DM... I just don't know what to do next as they are saying they won't send me anything unless I send in a letter of authorisation with my signature on....help!
