  1. Today received MBNA's response to my CCA request - a mail-in application from 2000. The two 'halves' don't appear to match. The application refers to data protection info. in condition 12 but condition 12 on the other half is about payment holidays. Possibly it could refer to a different condition 12 on a tear-off list but who knows? I'd be grateful for any comments and suggestions of what my next move should be. I haven't paid anything for a few months although CAB is supposedly negotiating a six-month freeze but I'm still receiving statements with about £500 extra interest each month. (I'm awaiting their response to a SAR as well.)
  2. Been having a letter ping pong by email with these people over a debt i do not recognize. Last contact was by email, 12 Months ago. Received two letters today from DLC and MDB. One addressed to the occupier. I know they are the same company. It seems they have been nosing at my credit file as all previous correspondents have been by email. Just sent them a letter stating i do not recognize this debt, if you demand again i will report to the OFT AND ICO. I stated to avoid any further correspondents for them to send proof of the debt or issue an N1 claim form for which a defence and counter claim will be submitted
  3. Hello group , Please excuse the newbie , iam not up on the finance lingo , and had never herd of this company till to day when i to recieved a letter demanding money . please see link Link was removed due to the fact this is my 1st post --- but it looked like the same letter everyone has recieved. I logged on to equifax and there is no mention of the company or the vender that they mention or the amount of monies that was printed. I have not communicated at all so far wth company , except for emailing the OFT , and mentioing that there letter holds many inconsistancies, as to who they are. what is worring is the idea of some one at my door demanding money . Do i continue to not contact this company or what is the best course of action . If i do contact them , that has then confirmed to them that i have recieved said letter. I have read the posts , and not read as yet a good out come . or people are still waiting to here back . Any advice would be great full
