  1. Just sent off S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) today along with a few other banks, credit cards and finance companies. Maybe im being a little bold but i have made it very clear that i fully intend to take this to court and also that i fully intend to claim contractual interest on said claim. I have said the same thing to all the other banks and card companies too, i feel this is fully justified and the only real fair way to pursue this.

Dont know if it will help much but im getting in touch with the local paper to see if they are intersted in following the case. At the same time im going to forward all info in real time to the local MP, and maybe a few others i come up with along the way. I really want this to be a full blown exercise in humility for the banks and their crooked tactics.

    here goes Muhahahahaha

  4. I had a few years ago 2 accounts both at barclays one current account and one buisness account, they are now both closed.

I had many charges on both of these but at that time i was slightly paranoid that inland revenue were about to bust me and i closed them both, destroyed every shread of their existence, cut up the cards and prayed.

    No prizesfor the next bit.....

Can i get the account numbers back just by sending the bank my old details ? so i can make a claim or will they say sod off ?

    any help please !

  5. Hi all just a quick question to somebody in the know !

ok i understand the principle of banks charging fees ect. but i was wondering two years ago my self assesment tax return was late going in...very late and i got 5 lots of £100 fee's on top plus the interest. Now these fees are just automated letters just the same as the bank does.

So my question is can i reclaim fees like these and are they dealt with in the same way ?

I have another issue with a car finance company charging me late payment fees are these the same ?

How do i stand on a fee and a fine issue ?

any advice would help me greatly

  6. Hi all, im a newbie here i stumbled onto this site after listening to something on the radio the other day, yes it was all about reclaiming money back from banks ect.

Heres the deal i have 5 years of fees from the Halifax

I have 5 years of fees from MBNA

I have 4 years of mis-sold Payment Protection (self employed) MBNA

    I have 6 years fees RBS-Advanta

And finally 6 years on barclaycard.

My questions are can i actually claim my fees back on credit cards aswell as banks ?

Would the payment protection claim be under a different catargary ?

Two of the credit card accounts are now payed off and closed does this matter ?

Would it be best to hit all the claims at once or go slowly one at a time ?

Any advice would be very helpfull im owed over £11,000 and i want it, what i really want is a court case (full blown) with full media attention and blow the f****** out the water, but i doubt that would happen ;-)

Anyways cheers for the cool site and all the freebies...muhahahaha
