Hi Commission is just another word for unpaid refferal, it seems that this is the new word they are using. I had one applied yeterday for going overdrawn for 1 day by £9. (edit)

I received the same letter and about 10 days later received my statements. It sounds like you will receive the same. Hope this helps

Hi Someone correct me if im wrong but you are requesting bank statements on a joint account. The statements are just the means to calculate your charges so you would only need to pay £10. ( which they normally return anyway). I would just request 1 set of statement as 2 sets would be identical as its a joint account. They are just being difficult .

Hi Harry I am in process of sending my Spreadsheet and the second letter for refund of my bank charges. You say they closed your account down as you were overdrawn. could i ask if it was a lot you were overdrawn by as i am worried they will do the same with me. Many Thanks

Hi Has anyone here been treated any different by Barclays after they have had a claim settled? or even had their account closed? I am asking this as i am filing a claim on behalf of my partner and he is very nervous about them being petty with him if i proceeds with the claim. He has a parachute account but has been with Barclays for 21 years and doesn't like change. My thoughts are they are unlikely to close his account as he has a loan with them and is not in a position to settle this in full.

Im confused? Which spreadsheet do i use to attach to letter 2 requesting repayment of my bank charges. The ones i have found include interest but i thought you didnt include interest until you had gone to court? Do i simply delete the interest and days since offence coloums?

And do i remove the coloumsfor the interest and Days since offence?
