    can anyone help? I have sent a LBA to Egg credit card and got the usual response so I am about to file with moneyclaim. It mentions on the FAQs that you need to put down the date the account was opened and I am unsure and I can't contact EGG as the account is closed. Is the start date vital or can I miss this off the claim?
