  17. well what a fantastic site! I have just spent hours reading through the site, i must admit at first it is very overwhelming! I am with Halifax and have paid loads of charges in the 2 and a half years I have had my account. I am going to the library thursday to print off all the froms on here as my printer has just decided to die on me. Maybe i will buy a new one if i get my charges back. Does anyone know a rough time scale from requesting the data bits with the £10 fee to finding out a result takes with Halifax. Obviously I know all cases are different, but I can't read anymore tonight as my head hurts now!! Thanks very much to the people who set up the site adn if i do get my money back i will make a donation as this was money I had just written off. thanks Tara
