Does anyone know how much you can claim up to in Northern Ireland to keep it in the small claims court ?

Ok DPA sent today at 12pm now to a question I know you give them 2 days but with tomorrow being saturday and then obviously sunday do I take the 40 day count from Monday (counting Saturday as there is post) or Tuesday?

I'm just about to get my DPA sorted out for sending in the morning but got a question that I just can't find. Is it better to send it to the Trinity Road address as that's where I'm likely going to send the letters? I've had a good read about and think I have it all in order right up to going to court with my N1 (I use Visa Electron and have read they don't accept online plus I'm on benefits) I'm nervous but looking forward to this Gill:)

Ok having a good look round the site before I do anything Think I have the plan of action right down to going to court but the question I have that I just can't find any where is that I live in Northern Ireland but I'm originally from Scotland and that is where my account is held does that mean that my maximum limit will be £750 or is it different? And is it better to use the Trinity Road address with any corospondence I make as thats the address given at the bottom of the statements?

I can't seem to find about how to go about getting my bank statements from them. when I called them I was told they would charge me £5 for each statement I want yet I've seen people in here that have been charged between £5 and £10 I'm needing all statements apart from 4 going back to the start. How can I obtain these?

Nice one I'm just starting out and only can find 4 months worth (with them around 4 years) so gonna have to get intouch with them for what you could say all of them I've moved since I first got the account this is so daunting but you are an inspiration so I know i will fight it and if I feel I can't I'll just come one here and read more What a lot of reading I've got to do well done Gill
