We would emphasise that if no satisfactory agreement is made with us or our local representative you may leave us with no alternative but to instruct our solicitors to commence legal proceedings against you without further notice . yours bla bla bla -------------------------------------------------------------------------- What a crock of crap , firstly we have been sending them payments of £1 every week or so when we have the spare cash , so that puts there point about no payments being made up the crapper . They can pass it on to whoever they want it wont get them anymore money so mr doorstep agent / local representative you can come and knock me door but do be careful of the 2 rotties that i will unfortunateley let out just as you start your speil . We are not going to ring you up as we are paying you what we can afford and you are lucky to be getting that ASK RW (lol) Couldnt care less if you dont think this is a satisfactory agreement as this is all you will ever be getting . . We now intend to advise our client to issue a claim in the county court to recover the debt .   7. got a reply from them nothing to say they had received my cca request but the money owing had gone down by a pound , how do i go about reclaiming this money .
  8. do as required and report them to the authorities DONT ring them as they are a pian in the arse , but do report and do stop payments remember no cca = no enforceable debt , they know the rules its not your fault they dont abide by them .
  9. cheers people MRS LB rang them and got the usual crap from them , we want our money and because we can we will threats , dont wash with us , especially as we have already set up a payment with the tv company concerned , they wanted to know how much we were paying and how often , mrs LBs response was wtf has this got to do with you , well we will kepp on sending letters was there reply and then she got hold of a blank piece of paper and ripped it up and told them that this is what will happen to any further letters from them . Phone went dead .

Im gonna continue sending them the nominal £1-00 as this seems to be peeing them off , wont be sending no expenditure form as like evryone says its got f all to do with them .Tries sending them 50p this week but the minimum is £1-00 so might wait 2 weeks now to send them the next payment . At this rate it will take over 6 months to pay off 35 quid lol

  21. Sent Lowell DCA a request for mrs brummies C1 card , they sent an application form back (as they do) they passed the 12+2 and 30 days last week , so is now a good time to go for the charges card limit 200 they say we owe 431.So im guessing theres a few bob in charges added. regards LB

One fuming Brummie here , just checked my bank account and my jsa should of gone in today but alas no money , so ring up JC where i signed on who told me to ring the processing dept to see what the problem is . Speak to a bloke who tells me that my jobcentre didnt put the details of me signing on , on the system and that i would have to get back in touch with the jobcentre to rectify this . Ring up the jobcentre who put this on the system (5 days late). Ring the processing dept up who tell me that the details are on the system now , BUT the finance dept is on 3 days industrial action , therefore no payment can be made until wednesday (7 days after signing on) I told the woman that this wasnt good enough as we had no food in to feed the kids (little white lie ), she was as much use as a chocolate teapot .Basically tough sheet that someone had made a mistake by not putting my signing on , on the system and that wednesday i "should " be paid . So i ring up the Jobcentre again and ask to speak to the manager , she comes on and tells me it isnt the jobcentres fault and that i would have to complain to Processing (BIT POINTLESS IF THEY ARE ON STRIKE ) Rant over What id like if anybody has it is the name of a manger of the processing dept , and any other people i should be complaining to .   23. after they have recieved the cca request they have 12 working days +2 before the cca request is in default , after a further 30 days if they have not produced the cca then they commit an offence and you should contact the authorities.
