Hi gary thanks for that recieved my settlement letter today and the conditions are that ,, The amount will be credited to my gold service account, is this my current account ???, The payment will be full and final settlement of claim.The terms of this agreement are confidential between the bank and myself. I must agree to maintain my account with the bank in its agreed limits and in accordance with the terms that govern the account. You can avoid these fees in the future if i agree to take out an increased overdraft before i try to make payments that would take me over any previously agreed overdraft, so i do not occur any more fees . Thats about it really , what do you think ? Oh and the amount was for 3572.46 I will be leaving a donation to this site, for without i would not of been able to achieve this, thanks to you gary and everybody who helped along the way , and to anybody still unsure about the process, go for it it really does work and its a great feeling , believe me.

Hello again everyone just got off the phone from scm and they have confirmed that an offer of settlement is in the post now all i have to do is wait for me money ill let you know how it reads when i recieve, cheers eveybody.

Hello everyone times ticking away now for my hearing only 12 days to go now until the big day comes .

Quick question about my claim as i have a 8grand loan with the bank would i have to pay that off if they decided to shut my account ???? Has anyone else been in that situation ???

Hi gary yeah my docs had to be in by the 14th of november, ive no idea about them i suppose it would be the same, 20 days and counting, what about you heard anything yet ???

I posted my court evidence today and my case is to be heard on the 28th november so the bank has 21 days to decide what they are going to do about my illegal penalty charges . Bring it on !

hi again also im worried about how long my bank is taking to make an offer as most people seem to have had offers fairly early in the process ? im now 25 days away from my hearing , does this sound unusual ??

HI again everyone i was just trying to find out if anybody had a sort of speech or letter that they read to the judge that i could take notes from? like a sort of breakdown of putting my case across and it sounding professional and not from an ill prepared manual worker :grin: any help advice would be appreciated .

Would anyone recommend me phoning the solicitors and asking them if they have considered a settlement ?????

I take it that you have won unless they enter a late defence which they sometimes do if the 28 days fall on a weekend . Fingers cross they just forgot and you have won well done

Hi there thanks for your interest , yes the bundle on this site is what i have so far plus i have my correspondence and a bit from the which website, i really hope your right about it not going to court , but id rather be prepared there not gonna scare me off after all the effort ive put in .
