did your claim cover the time when your mum was director the only thing i can think of is that if it was in her name for a time she may have to claim for that part on her own basis or claim it with you if you have claimed it all under your name they might say your not entitled to claim for the period of 11/03 to 12/04 do you see what im getting at lol i confuse myself sometimes lol

hi yet another fight but i have a question guys as most on here know im a bit of an oldy on here but even i dont know everything am doing my auntie's cases at the moment 1 personal account and 1 business account now then to make things nice and easy done them as two seperate claims throughout but now my auntie has had a measly offer for both accounts together and a v nasty piece of wording at the bottom basically saying if you go ahead with this claim there is a chance we might change your account to one without borrowing facilitys now then im confident i know the answers to my questions but would love some feedback from you guys about this now then a, can they lump both accounts together when they have been claimed for seperatly in 2 seperate names 1 in aunties 1 in uncles as auntie does have athourity for business account letter was addressed to both b, the lovely worded end of the letter hmmmm i personally think its v nasty to threaten this because of her claiming what is hers but are they allowed to do this am i best getting the fo to step in here cause i didnt think they could threaten on the back of a claim auntie v unsure wether to continue now as business account is essential would love peeps view on this am also going to start this in natwest section as well thank you in advance ang xxx

i got the amount from my statements and timed it by 12 as in post 1 omg im sooooo excited

OMG OMG OMG i have just got off the phone from cap one they have issued a cheque yesterday for the sum total of £778.26 wooohooo i have won they say as i have the cheque already for £166.00 for me to cash it so the 2 cheques come to £944.26 woohoo this is a complete win that includes cci at 26.48%

how can paint be wrong there are judge all over britain trying to get a bank to enter a court room and they pay up before it enters the room and if you mean the brennan case its not about charges its about compensation so can you give us a bit more info please as to what you mean by your posts

just wanted to add please iggy motley there is no reason why they wont pay out as judges across britain are saying banks havent entered a court room to date and if the bank and cc companys are in the right why settle out of court, why say that it would cost more to defend the claim than to pay out (hsbc's words when they gave me back MY £6k ) when it would have cost them less to defend one case in court because then people wouldnt have been following others they would give in at the end of the day, we dont expect anything in life without a fight they are not going to just turn round on the first letter and say here ya go enjoy. but they do when they know you r serious and motley considering how many posts you have done i dont think you are in any way considered to be all knwledgable on the subject. i have done 7 cases so far and hey have ALL paid out

right then update cap one have acknowledged the claim today now then are people getting the cci (mine is 26.48%) or is everyone being offered charges 8% & purchase int as the diff between it on mine is £244 what am i going to have to do to get the 26.48% or am i not going to get it lol help wanted please xxxx

did you send off the prelim letter or just the lba one also when did ya send it, there is a rejection letter in templates i believe i will post here if i can find it lol
