  1. I’ve been having the same letters since 2017, the same cycle of letters comes every year. I used to panic but please please do not respond to them. Your money will not go to the bank, you’ll just be lining this company’s pockets. They’ve found every address I’ve moved to and still my home (Mum’s). Ignore and get on with your life
  2. I don’t think that’s a letter of claim. I get the same stuff all the time but from Idr x
  3. I’ve been ignoring for years. Last year they threatened to issue a court order. I ignored and the letters have started again. I believe (and hope) they have no leg to stand on and the letters will just keep coming forever in hope that people will pay up. Just ignore and get on with your life x
  4. Can I ask- where did you get this statement from? Under GPDR do you have permission to post the solicitor’s name on here? And what is your motivation to provide all of this information? Why are you ‘helping’ and advising? Like, where did you find this thread? You’re not in the same position as any of us, it does seem a bit weird I can’t lie
  5. Thanks for the update! I haven’t received yet but will let you know!
  6. Hi JD, thank you for your informative response and your (hopeful) reassurance with regards to the 6 years! Hopefully we can post soon not to worry about this scam for others in the future x
  7. Thank you for sending this, however when I click it says the thread it locked due to inactivity
  8. Thank you! I didn’t see this. Slightly more nervous but still holding out! My original debt was around £8000, now they’ve added all their interested it’s still less than 30k. Hoping I’m not big time enough! X
