    Congratulations on receiving your money! You should proceed as normal with any new claims, the bank will send you a letter informing you they dont have to deal with your claim, but give them the 14+14 days and get your claim in never the less............

    I dont think it's equal to a negative entry, but, i have been led to believe by the helpers at experian, that credit searches are detrimental to your 'score' in particular, several searches over a short period. Apparently it gives the impression you may be suffering from financial difficulties and scouring for further credit.

    when i changed to vista i experienced similar problems, but i found i could install the original drivers and software and run it as XP, damned if i can remember how though, think it was in properties or something.. .. .. basically, i got everything working again as vista allows you to install and run programs that have not been upgraded yet.

    Well done Lynsey, That was very brave of you attending court!! You did the right thing by not pursuing the case, as if you had went ahead and lost it would have cost you, and thats the last thing anyone wants..... You got your dosh back anyway, thats the main thing
