The adjudicator said that she would do the same as me. I wasn't asking for any opinion on my decision, I was just asking how long it would normally take for me to receive my refund. Thanks

Hi, Unsure if this thread is still running or if anyone actually still posts on here? Do you mind me asking, did they email you prior to giving you your refund? Reason I ask is because….they offered to refund me ‘some’ of my charges, so I asked FOS to investigate, the adjudicator ruled that ‘all’ interest should be refunded, QQ were unwilling so it has gone to ombudsman. This process has already taken over 3 weeks (when I told it would take 2-3 weeks maximum), so I have asked my adjudicator to tell QQ I will now accept what they offered. This was on Tuesday, it is now Friday & QQ have not been in contact. Adjudicator isn’t being that helpful either L I look forward to any help. Thanks
