We too have had a terrible experience with LHD Car. The way they have treated us has been totally awful and they should not be trading with such unprofessional and bad practices. PLEASE take notice of the many many complaints available on the internet about this company and DON'T have anything to do with them!

We've been "victims" of LHD-Cars too. Their practices haven't changed and Mr Azzam (Joe) continues to make promises he has no intention of keeping. It's been an absolute nightmare which started in January 2016 and is still unresolved, although we now have the car. We too paid by bank transfer - in full! Of course, hindsight is a wonderful thing and we so wish we hadn't got involved with LHD-Cars/MyLHD Cars. Anyone reading this and tempted PLEASE BEWARE!

This is quote from LHD-Cars website and nothing could be further from the truth! '"Welcome to LHD Car ltd. You can have peace of mind buying from us as our experienced sales team is here to make your purchase or sale an enjoyable one'" From the moment we saw the car advertised on eBay as "item location" in Nottingham and discovered that it was actually in Paris we had nothing but hassle and excuses. We have spent over three months telephoning and emailing Mr Azzam (Joe) director of LHD-Cars, to deliver the car and still don't have the Service book or key (the car EVENTUALLY arrived with just the spare key) even though we paid in full on January 13th 2016. Our advice to anyone thinking of purchasing a car from LHD-Cars is to be very wary of any promises made. See the car first and check the service history and, if possible, drive it away and don't pay an extra £200 for delivery - it won't arrive without a lot of badgering. Another quote from their website is '"We want you to be so happy with your experience in purchasing your Left Hand Drive Car that you come back to us time and time again'" We certainly will NEVER deal with them again and would advise anyone to do the same.
