yes it was a bad patch i was going through at the time . and now i have a criminal record for a silly item worth £12 and as for jobs , who wants a thief working for them ...... -
hi i am new to this site and have a question 3 years ago i was caught for shoplifting and went to court i was fined £35 and given a condition discharge , i had been caught before that and given a £80 fine as it was my first offence. my question is i have been told that if someone is caught again after a year has passed they would just get a fine and would never go to court is this true ? thanks
