  2. Ok thanks for your help ill keep you posted on outcome.
  3. I wrote to them asking for statements and i now have them is that all i need then. So just write a letter saying my default is all charges so can you remove it? Lol i feel like its too cheeky for me Thanks
  4. Its has two red 8s one with £222 and the other with £0 when i hover over the £0 ball it says updated 12/01/14 Thanks
  5. It says current balance settled. Guess i should learn my lesson then lol Thanks
  6. So would i be best to sar the rbs or try to draft a letter bcobs style? writing letter is not my strong point btw lol any help appreciated
  7. No its one debt (Default) showing as HOIST PORTFOLIO HOLDING 2 LIMITED. I have only recently decided to check my credit reports and this is the only default for the exact amount that shows on a letter that i got from bcw in 2012. on the letter it says my name v jd williams and that they are collecting a debt for jd williams no mention of hoist anywhere. thanks
  8. Thats what im wondering hoist was on my cra file as a default upon working out dates and cost of default it is actually the jd william catalouge default that i cleared with bcw. so why has hoist defaulted me when bcw were working (according to there letter) on behalf of jd williams?! thanks
  9. Well i have all my statement showing when the account dropped into an unathorised overdraft. Ill have another read of the thread and see if i can prove the fact Thanks
  10. On the letter it says my debt to jd williams. There is no mention of any other party so i can only asume they are representing jd williams directly Thanks
  11. Thanks for the info on a quick scan is there some sort of template i could edit for my needs? Or should i just outline that i want the default removed due to it being made up of charges even though im a bit to blame also? Thanks
  12. Yes sadly i blindly paid the debt in 2013. My only problem is that the letters i have are headed with bc and wells who were instructed by jd williams to collect the debt with no mention of hoist. So surely jdwilliams still owned the debt so should have defaulted me themselves. Looks as if i have 3 years for this to drop off Thanks for reply
  13. Hi all Rbs put a default on my file after i "buried my head in the sand" A little breakdown: In apr 13 i went approx 40 pound overdrawn and was charged £42 overdraft fee by this time i had switched to a new bank. in may 13 i was charged 66 pound. in june 13 i was charged 198 pound. in july 13 i was charged 180 pound. in the last few months until the default (November 13) they only added 2 pound odds. I only found this out when my former landlord popped up with some mail. im now due £650 to rbs. i have asked rbs for a breakdown of charges but have since only received statements they sent me 7 years worth would you believe! Hopefully someone can advise on my next steps as i'm at a blank just now thanks for reading
  14. Hi new to the forum just looking for advice Having checked my experian report i have a default from HOIST PORTFOLIO HOLDING 2 LIMITED in 2011. I have never dealt with this company. i have since settled this debt in february 2013 to a company called Buchanan clark and wells who outline in the letter they are acting on behalf of JD williams. So how did the above company manage to be the ones who defaulted me? Also the payment history has just changed to one red circle with all previous history erased. Any light on the situation would be helpful Thank you
