Dx, Mate love you. I was stressing about getting all my statements and then getting all the bank statements and showing each error. My time in Army has not allowed the time. I can use this with my old bank as HSBC have been great. Are there accountants or people that will go through it once I have all the information? I know in my heart we have been shafted on a few things from NRAM. I think if the mortgage interest is a daily charge, when they get it wrong to the tune of a few hundred over several years on random months, then you get charged more interest as mine are always different, yet my bank statements show what I actually paid. Hi All, I cannot believe this, I knew I was right about the mortgage. I have been killing myself to stay with this mortgage. I have volunteered for extra tours in Afghanistan just to stay above water. I worked out that I have given NRAM 64K in 7 years yet the debt has only reduced by 6k. this is down to mistakes that they deny. Different and rubbish statements, mistakes after mistake after mistake. I need some help as this CCA should be given to those of 30k also or we were all mislead and mis sold worse than ppi. Has anyone won or attached NRAM, i will join the cause just tell me where to shoot!
