I'm having the same problem with this company was mis led into paying this £64.76. I rang to tell them i want the refund I was told to write a letter which will take 10 days to reply t as made me skint to the point of having to sell my tele is there any number I can ring to make a direct call to transfer the funds back into my account as ive got to pay nursery fee. for my son please really need the help as im quite shy person ad wat should i say?
