  1. Thanks for the feed back ? Were do I contact calum for channel4 ? Regarding Lloyds and the advice they game me , I have no confidence in there staff the knowledge are lack of it they have regarding banking law.They wont refund me because the money is still pending transaction in a holding account. Even when it left my account 3 days ago. Again this morning I rang Wonga and pleaded for them to fax Lloyds and confirm that I don't have a account with them and never used them before. They refused to do it saying its still under investigation. Even when they admit over the phone that they have no record of me and are quite sure its fraud. I had some severance pay from my last job and was planning to go away for a break with my partner on Wednesday. Now I have had to cancel my card and have no money in my bank account and am facing having to cancel the holiday. Its just been a nightmare and even if I do manage to get money from some were to go away with.I am just going to be stressed about this whole business. Going to look in too options for compensation regarding this ordeal. I explained all this to Wonga and they said they cant help me regarding the holiday. They could refund me but that would take over a week.I had to laugh at this , When there website quotes this at 10.11Am today "quote Welcome to Wonga. We can deposit up to £400 in your bank account by 10:35 today. "

Response to AHOMES experiance Yes I experienced this as well and found it alarming they left my account with just 22p in it.So that would suggest that they started out high and worked there way down pound for pound until they hit the amount I had in my account. I cant believe Lloyds never picked this up. Unless they already knew my bank balance ? that would suggest the fraud taking place is coming from Lloyds as well Maybe some one who has access to accounts at Lloyds is doing this in collaboration with a Wonga staff member. I just wonder how many people out there have been robbed and never noticed it on there account . On further inspection I noticed they had taken £20 from my account two weeks before the raid , I might not have noticed this if not far there later action. Police need to raid there offices ASAP and get details of every transaction I think this is just the tip of the ice burg. Going to change bank asap
  3. Just made a account to report my experience Four days ago my card was declined .Rang Lloyds and was told Wonga had cleared my bank account. I said I never used them and asked them to stop the transaction.Lloyds said they could not do that I have to ring Wonga.And get Wonga to confirm it was fraud via a fax Rang Wonga they had no record of me what so ever. I asked how is that possible you just cleared my bank account you must have a trace back to the account.Was told they cant find anything and a criminal is manipulating there system. I then asked them to fax Lloyds with the information so I could get the transaction stopped. Was told they don't have a fax machine. I then asked them to contact there merchant banker and ask that the transaction is stopped. Was told no one in the office at the weekend can do that. They said get Lloyds to ring us and we will confirm it to them. Rang Lloyds again and they said they cant ring Wonga to confirm this and I will have to wait until Tuesday to maybe get my money back.Lloyds refused to acknowledge that is was fraud and told me its a customer dispute.I argued with them trying to explain its fraud, but no I was told by two staff members any case involving payday lenders is classed as a dispute and not fraud ??? Shocked by this its just not true. Anyway that's a very long story cut short .I lost my job last year and had little savings left now all gone .Wonga wont fax Lloyds and Lloyds wont ring Wonga so my money sits in the void the no mans land of money were banks and merchants profit of interest and the rest have no rights. The stress they have caused me has no value in there eyes I have no money at all and bills to pay. I really think that this criminal is inside of Wonga but having read hundreds of cases on line I also notice that the majority of people seem to bank with Lloyds TSB, so its possible that there is criminal activity between them and Wonga , and they need to sort it out. Lloyds treat me like a criminal when I tried to report it shocking customer service. Complaints going in to FSA, OFT, FOS, Watch Dog, LSB ,Police
