  1. Hi guys, no, I will never return back to the UK. But I'd still prefer to pay at least minimum amounts to my creditors. I owe to: Natwest credit card (approx. £600), it is now over its limit by about £150 ( I have not been paying for the last few months) - Natwest overdraft (about £1300) - it has gone into unauthorized overdraft (the overdraft limit is £1050) - MBNA credit card - £2200 - Virgin credit card - £2800 - Tesco credit card- £3200 Can you please advise me what would be the best action with Natwest overdraft account? Can I try to claim back any charges? They don't know I'm abroad, they have my UK address (virtual). The trouble is they charge £90 every month for an unauthorized overdraft which means I will never be able to pay it back. Thanks for your help.
  2. Hi guys, I moved to Poland from the UK last year. I have been on DMP with all my creditors (credit cards) and have been paying them every month. They don't have my Polish address, they just have my UK virtual address. Unfortunately I've lost my job and I am not able to pay them the agreed amount at the moment. I will be sending them letter and explaining my situation (at the moment I can only afford a small payment). My biggest worry is Natwest overdraft, it is now over its limit due to charges and interest. Can you please advise me whether I can claim any charges back? I am not sure whether it would be better to tell them that I am abroad or not. I don't really want to give them my new address. Has anyone had any success with Natwest regarding freezing charges and interest on overdraft account and setting up a repayment plan? Many thanks. Regards, Rob.
  3. Thanks for that. Can anyone else please advice me what would be the best thing to do? MBNA don't know my new EU address, they only know my UK correspondence address (virtual address). They don't know I've moved abroad. I am not sure whether it would be better just wait and see what happens until I will be contacted by DCA and try to come to some payment arrangement or whether continue paying MBNA directly (but that doesn't make sense for me as the outstanding balance is 0). I am not sure whether it would not be better to let them know I moved to Europe just to make sure they don't obtain CCJ against me? But on the other side I am worried to give them my new address abroad because I don't really want to end up in a local court if they apply for an European Enforcement Order. Thanks.
  4. Hi dx, thanks for your reply. I am just not sure whether I should continue paying MBNA directly or whether I should wait until I hear from DCA? The current status on my credit card accounts says that there is no payment due. I don't want to stop making payments but I don't want to get it lost and want to get it applied to my accounts. I hope I won't be invited to the Court, that would be a problem for me because I have recently moved to Europe. I have been using a UK mailing company (virtual UK address) for all my creditors. Hope I'll be able to come to some payment arrangement with DCA. Sharocker- I am not sure about it, will be interested to see what the others say.
  5. Hiya, hope that anyone can advice me what to do. I have a Virgin credit card and a MBNA credit card and I have been on a repayment plan with them since April 2013. I have been paying them an agreed reduced amount every month. I tried to login on my online accounts since yesterday and I keep getting this message: Based on the current status of your MBNA credit card account, access to this feature of Online Card Services is not currently available. Please call our Customer Services Representatives on 0800 062 062 for further information. Then I just get some basic information about my accounts and I can see the last statements were issued in September 2013 and there has been issued no statements for October 2013. September's statements show a correct balance but when I click on October, its shows that the new balance is £0 and the minimum payment is £0. I owe more than £3000 to each company. I am not sure what is going on because I haven't received any correspondence regarding this matter. Could it mean that my debt has been sold to DCA? I am not able to pay online by Debit card but I can pay by BACS. I'm not sure whether I should wait and see what happens or whether to continue paying them into their bank accounts? Hope anyone can advice me. Thanks. Robert.
  6. Hiya, I am asking about the payday loan company Zebit. I'm just in the process of setting up DMP with them by myself (without using any DMP companies). I wonder if anyone has any experience with them?
  7. Hi guys, I'd like to enter into DMP with Zebit and but I have a couple of questions. They are asking for my wife's income in I&E, can I just leave it blank? I don't want my wife to get involved in it as it should be a repayment plan only for myself. Also I'd like to ask if anyone knows their bank details? Thank you. Regards, R.
  8. Hi guys, Thank you for your advice. They were chasing payment for about a week. I kept sending them the same emails informing them that my account was settled in full on the due date but they just ignored it. After about a week they stopped chasing payment and they started sending me messages offering me another loan.
  9. Hi All, I really need some advice. I had taken a loan with PDE and I had enough money on my account on the due date. But I have forgotten that my debit card has expired and has been replaced with a new one so therefore they didn't have correct details. I started receiving calls, texts and emails that the payment wasn't successful on the due date so I arranged bank transfer to their bank account and paid it in full. I sent them a few emails advising them about what happened and about the payment. My bank said that the payment should have been received on the same date (on the due date). I checked their bank details and I'm sure they are correct. But PDE keep chasing payment, they send me a few texts messages a day and keep emailing me. They said my loan is now attracting daily interest. They seem to ignore what I have written to them. Can anyone advise me what to do?? Thanks.
